About the Role

We are hiring proactive, driven Field Sales Executives to spearhead the direct sales of our cutting-edge Digital Business Cards.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Field Prospecting: Visit local retail stores, corporate offices, clinics, real estate firms, and SME hubs across the city to identify potential clients.
- Live Product Demos: Present live, hands-on demonstrations showing how one tap or QR scan instantly shares contact profiles, catalogues, and social links.
- Lead Conversion & Closing: Pitch subscription/product packages, address customer queries, negotiate, and close sales on the spot.
- Account Onboarding: Assist newly signed clients with quick profile set-up and digital card activation.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily visit goals and monthly revenue/unit sales targets.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily visit logs, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status.

Qualifications & Requirements




- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in field sales, direct sales, B2B sales, or merchant onboarding (Freshers with strong communication and hunger to learn are encouraged to apply).
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; functional working knowledge of English.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and a two-wheeler for field travel.
- Tech Comfort: Smartphone-savvy with an easy understanding of QR codes, NFC, and mobile apps.
- Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold pitching in person.
