Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Sales Specialist to promote and sell our School ERP solutions to schools and educational institutions.

The role involves meeting schools, understanding their requirements, explaining the School ERP, conducting product demonstrations, and managing follow-ups through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate sales opportunities.
- Connect with school owners, directors, principals, and management.
- Present and demonstrate School ERP products and solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations and customer requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and support the sales process.

Requirements
- Fresher to 5 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in EdTech, School ERP, Software, B2B, or Field Sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
- Must have a valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for field visits.
- Confident and self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
