Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, India . The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients throughout the region.

This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a passion for the jewellery industry and a talent for building lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other industry professionals.
- Present, promote, and sell our comprehensive range of products, including casting tools, wax-related products, and other manufacturing equipment, to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate the technical benefits and value of our solutions.




- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations to meet their specific manufacturing needs.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, providing management with feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Experience within the jewellery manufacturing or industrial equipment sector, tools, machinery is highly desirable.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices is an advantage.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
