To grow plywood sales across an assigned Bengaluru territory by building strong relationships in the trade, generating leads on the ground, and converting them into a loyal, repeat customer base. This is a field first role. You will spend most of your working day meeting contractors, designers and retailers in person, where trust is built and orders are won.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage relationships with carpentry contractors, interior designers, architects and plywood retailers.

Generate leads through regular field and site visits, and grow a steady base of repeat customers.

Introduce our plywood range and grades to new customers, and guide them to the right product for each job.

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.

Handle order coordination, dispatch follow up and payment collection on our cash on delivery model.

Cover an assigned Bengaluru territory independently, planning routes and visits for full coverage.

Keep clear records of visits, leads and orders, and share regular updates with the sales team.

Report field feedback on pricing, demand and competitor activity to help sharpen our offer.

CANDIDATE PROFILE





3 to 5 years of field sales experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware or building materials.

An existing network within the carpentry and interior trade is a strong advantage.

Fluent in Kannada, with working knowledge of Hindi and English.

Owns a two wheeler and a smartphone, and is comfortable in daily field work.

Comfortable with numbers, pricing and basic order paperwork.

Target driven and self motivated, comfortable with earnings linked to sales and collections.
