About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Specialist who can build strong relationships with orthodontists, dental clinics, and key healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow territory by identifying and onboarding high-potential accounts.
- Build strong relationships with orthodontists and dental professionals.
- Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and existing account development.
- Develop sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Present product solutions and demonstrate their value to customers.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in medical devices, dental, orthodontic,



or capital equipment sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a robust business mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-performance sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
