Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

The Field Sales Executive will drive Padcare’s growth across housing societies in Pune. You’ll lead on-ground outreach, build strong relationships with RWAs and facility teams, and convert communities into long-term partners. Working closely with sales and operations, you’ll ensure smooth onboarding, consistent service, and a great customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, community engagement, and making a real sustainability impact.

- Drive growth of Padcare Housing (PH) across assigned regions through lead generation, outreach, community engagement, and on-ground campaigns.
- Build relationships with committee members, facility managers, apartment forums, and other key stakeholders.
- Map housing societies, identify high-potential clusters, and execute territory expansion plans.
- Conduct meetings, awareness drives, resident sessions, community events, and regular society visits to improve visibility and conversions.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding of new societies, including bin deployment, awareness, resident communication, and coordination with internal teams.
- Manage day-to-day PH operations, including route planning, pickup schedules, stock requirements, field coordination, and service quality.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve queries and escalations, and support renewals and retention through strong service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales and operational MIS, including lead trackers, funnel metrics, pickup records, service logs, customer data, and performance dashboards.
- Prepare monthly impact reports highlighting waste diverted, recycling impact, and service performance.
- Track revenue realization, renewals, and account performance while identifying operational and commercial gaps.




- Gather market and competitor insights and recommend strategies for growth and scale.
- Develop and improve SOPs, sales playbooks, and operational processes to enable efficient scaling.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Environmental Science, Business, Sales, etc.).
- 1–3 years of experience in waste management, facility management, sustainability, in the space of housing/apartment/RWA engagement.
- Smart, exceptional Freshers welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, quick learner with a hustler mindset.
- Comfortable with extensive intra- and inter-city travel.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic CRM knowledge preferred.
