As we rapidly scale our operations across Kollam, we are looking for high-energy, ambitious Field Sales Executives based in or around Karunagappally to drive local customer outreach, pitch our interior design services, and build strong relationships across the building and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Field Prospecting & Lead Generation: Visit active residential construction sites, upcoming commercial projects, new home builds, and local developments in and around Karunagappally/Kollam to connect directly with property owners and builders.

On-Site Client Meetings: Meet prospective clients, understand their interior design needs, present design portfolios/samples, and gather space requirements.

Network & Ecosystem Building: Build and maintain solid networks with local architects, civil engineers, building contractors, real estate agents,



and hardware/tile suppliers for consistent lead referrals.

Sales Closing & Follow-ups: Coordinate with our in-house design team to deliver project quotes, conduct regular follow-ups, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.

Relationship Management: Maintain warm client relationships throughout the project execution phase to ensure complete satisfaction and earn repeat business/referrals.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development (experience in interior design, building materials, real estate, modular kitchens, or paint industry is a big plus!).

Strong local geographical knowledge of Karunagappally, Kollam, and nearby local markets.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is a bonus).

Target-driven mindset, highly energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for closing deals.

Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field mobility.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000.00 per month.
