We are hiring Field Sales Executives (FSE) for a leading Digital Payments / Fintech Sales Program.

Role: Field Sales – Merchant Acquisition
Products: QR & Soundbox
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit shops and businesses in the assigned territory for merchant acquisition.
- Onboard new merchants for QR & Soundbox products.
- Explain product features, benefits and commercial offerings to merchants.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/acquisition targets.
- Complete merchant documentation, KYC and activation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new merchants.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure proper territory coverage.
- Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales / merchant acquisition / FMCG / telecom / fintech / POS sales.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong sales attitude can also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Android smartphone required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹27,000 monthly in-hand + performance incentives up to ₹30,000/month. Working: 6 days a week | Monday to Saturday
