We are looking for energetic and relationship-oriented Field Sales Executives to build partnerships with schools and educational institutions across India and promote our international education and career-development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and educational institutions to develop institutional relationships and generate business.
- Introduce international competitions to school management, subject coordinators and teachers.
- Promote career counselling, career journey management and international university admissions services.
- Organise and coordinate career counselling and awareness sessions for students and parents .
- Arrange training and professional-development programmes for school career counsellors .
- Identify opportunities for workshops, competitions, counselling programmes and university admission services.
- Follow up with school leadership, counsellors,
coordinators and parents to convert opportunities into enrolments.
- Maintain solid long-term relationships with partner schools and institutions.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual business targets.
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, education sales, school partnerships, EdTech or counselling services preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable travelling extensively and meeting school principals, management, teachers and parents.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Experience working with schools or educational institutions will be an advantage.
