Roljack Asia Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Crushing & Screening Plants, Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, VSI, and other crushing equipment for the mining, construction, and infrastructure industries.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop business opportunities and strengthen our customer network across Gaya (Bihar) and Jharkhand.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in the mining, stone crusher, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
- Visit mining areas, crusher plants, project sites, contractors, dealers, and prospective customers.
- Generate new sales enquiries and leads through regular field visits.
- Explain and promote Roljack crushing & screening equipment to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
- Follow up on enquiries and work towards converting them into orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with contractors, plant owners, dealers, and other industry contacts.
- Coordinate with the Head Office/Sales Team for quotations, technical requirements, and order finalization.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Submit regular field visit, lead, and sales reports to the reporting manager.





Candidate Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in crusher machinery, mining equipment, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related industries.
- Candidates with experience dealing with mining contractors, crusher plant owners, stone quarry operators, and civil contractors will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bihar & Jharkhand.
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
