We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting property site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients.
Present and explain property/project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure a smooth sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings in the Mohali/Tricity market.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of the Mohali/Chandigarh/Tricity real estate market will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client meetings.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Candidates should be willing to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools and WhatsApp for business communication.
