About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our packaging products to businesses across Hyderabad and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, meet customers, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit retail stores, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, manufacturers, restaurants, hospitals, and other businesses to generate sales.

- Identify and approach new customers in assigned territories.

- Promote the company's range of compostable, biodegradable, and conventional plastic packaging products.

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

- Generate enquiries, quotations, and follow up until orders are confirmed.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.

- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

- Coordinate with the office team for order processing and customer support.

- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities whenever required.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Intermediate (Any discipline).

- 13 years of field sales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).





- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a bike.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B sales.

- Ability to build customer relationships.

- Strong presentation and convincing skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Important Requirement Location & Travel

- The candidate must be willing to report to our Medchal office/factory as required.

- This is a field-based sales position, involving regular travel for customer visits across Hyderabad and nearby areas.

- Candidates who are not willing to travel to the Medchal office or work from the Medchal location should not apply.

- A valid two-wheeler driving licence and own bike are required.
