Title: Field Sales Executive - GTM

Location: Noida

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Preferred Background: B2B Field Sales / ERP / Accounting Software / IT Solutions

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive - GTM with solid communication skills and a background in B2B/field sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in ERP, accounting software, or IT solutions and be responsible for generating leads, conducting field visits, building customer relationships, and driving Tally sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Execute field GTM activities for Tally business across assigned markets.
- Conduct regular customer and prospect visits for new business generation.
- Build relationships with CAs, accountants, consultants, vendors and referral partners.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, events, seminars and customer meets.
- Generate opportunities for Tally Prime, TSS, TPS, AMC, Customization and related solutions.
- Reconnect with existing,



inactive and expired customers for renewal, upgrade and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal Tally team for demos, trials, proposals and closures.
- Follow up on field-generated opportunities until closure.
- Maintain customer visits, leads, follow-ups and opportunities in CRM.
- Track field activities, pipeline and conversion regularly.

Required Skills:

- Strong B2B field sales and lead-generation experience.
- Good communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Experience in ERP, accounting software or IT solution sales will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and disciplined in CRM reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
