We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit local companies, businesses, shops and manufacturing units.
- Introduce Thiya Digital's services to potential customers.
- Identify businesses that require websites, software, ERP/CRM, branding or design services.
- Generate new enquiries and sales through field visits and direct communication.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Convert enquiries into orders.
- Build strong relationships with local business owners.
- Work towards assigned monthly sales targets.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 per month

Incentive: Performance-based incentive linked to sales and achievement of assigned targets.

Higher sales performance can result in higher incentives.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting and communicating with business owners.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with sales, marketing or business development experience will be preferred.
