Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day activities include visiting prospective and current customers, presenting company services, understanding client needs, and proposing suitable HR solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, preparing proposals and reports, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Executive will collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and deliver a high level of customer service. This position also requires regular market research to identify new opportunities and provide feedback on competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Customer relationship management abilities, such as client communication, conflict resolution, and post-sales support.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain services clearly.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in HR services, staffing, or related B2B sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented professional with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in office in Ahmedabad with frequent client visits and local travel as required.
