About the Role

AGI is an FMCG company building and expanding its packaged food brand Amanto’s International in the Bhubaneswar market.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to help us expand our retail network, develop new retailer relationships, generate orders, and ensure timely delivery and follow-up with existing customers.

This is a field-based role involving regular visits to retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail stores and potential customers across Bhubaneswar.
- Introduce and sell Amanto’s International FMCG products to retailers.
- Generate new retail outlets and maintain relationships with existing retailers.
- Take regular orders and follow up for repeat business.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential distributors/wholesalers.
- Coordinate with the company regarding orders and deliveries.
- Ensure products are properly supplied and available at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitors, product demand, and retailer response.
- Maintain basic daily sales and visit records.




- Represent the company professionally while interacting with retailers and distributors.

Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate.
- Must be able to communicate in Odia and Hindi.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable approaching new customers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous FMCG/field-sales experience will be an advantage.
