Employment: Full-time | Field-based

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives

Neurotech is building intelligent living spaces through beautifully designed, privacy-first and offline-capable smart-home technology.

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales & Product Demonstration Executive who can confidently meet architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners, present the Neurotech vision and identify upcoming residential automation opportunities.

This role is not limited to selling products. It is about helping people understand how thoughtful automation can improve the way a home looks, feels and functions.

Your RoleArchitect and Interior Designer Engagement

- Visit architects, interior designers, consultants and design studios
- Introduce Neurotech’s smart-home and intelligent-lighting solutions
- Present product concepts, demonstrations and project possibilities clearly
- Explain how Neurotech can integrate automation without compromising interior design or wall aesthetics
- Build professional relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
- Encourage architects and designers to specify Neurotech in upcoming projects
- Coordinate studio visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions

Villa and Project Prospecting

- Identify under-construction villas, premium residences, apartments and renovation projects
- Visit project sites and connect with homeowners, contractors, electricians, builders and site supervisors
- Understand the project stage, client requirements, electrical planning and automation potential
- Introduce relevant solutions for lighting, fans, curtains, air conditioning, geysers, ambiance and scene control
- Identify opportunities early—before electrical and interior work is finalised
- Collect project information and arrange detailed discussions with the Neurotech technical team
- Convert promising enquiries into qualified sales opportunities

Product Demonstrations and Presentations





- Conduct engaging demonstrations at client locations, architect offices, exhibitions and the Neurotech experience studio
- Explain the solution in simple, non-technical language
- Demonstrate how lighting scenes, mood settings, curtains and appliances can be controlled effortlessly
- Communicate Neurotech’s strengths: offline operation, privacy, retrofit flexibility, intelligent lighting and Indian engineering
- Adapt presentations for architects, homeowners, builders and technical professionals
- Support exhibitions, architect meets, open houses and promotional events

Sales Follow-Up and Coordination

- Maintain structured records of leads, meetings, site visits and follow-ups
- Prepare daily and weekly field-activity reports
- Coordinate client requirements with the design, quotation and technical teams
- Follow up on presentations, quotations, samples and project decisions
- Work towards monthly targets for meetings, qualified leads, demonstrations and sales
- Build a long-term project pipeline instead of focusing only on immediate transactions

- Can understand a technical product and explain it simply
- Are proactive in finding projects and creating sales opportunities
- Are organised and disciplined with follow-ups
- Are comfortable visiting construction sites and travelling locally
- Have a presentable, professional and trustworthy personality
- Can communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Have your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence

Preferred Background




- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, business development or project sales
- Experience in smart homes, lighting, electrical products, interiors, building materials, real estate, security systems or premium home products will be preferred
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, confidence and a strong willingness to learn may also apply
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, architecture, interiors or a related field is helpful but not mandatory

Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills and suitability
- Additional performance incentives.
