Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, specifically within the bathfitting products industry.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of bathfitting products, including showers, pumps, and related accessories.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple clients and sales tasks optimally.
- Previous experience in selling bathfitting, pumps, and shower products is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and translating them into sales strategies effectively.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision, while being a proactive team player.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in field sales activities to promote and sell bathfitting products such as showers and pumps.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet quotas and expand the customer base.
- Regularly update sales logs and reports for review by the sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
