Job Location: Field Based – Gaya (Bihar) & Jharkhand

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for a Field Sales Coordinator to manage sales and business development activities across Bihar & Jharkhand for our Crusher Plants & Related Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit mining areas, crusher plants, civil contractors and project sites.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Meet customers and understand their crusher plant & equipment requirements.
- Promote Roljack crusher plants and related equipment.
- Follow up regularly on enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the Udaipur Head Office for technical, commercial and sales requirements.
- Work towards converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer database and regular field visit reports.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Bihar & Jharkhand.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Crusher, Mining, Construction Equipment or Heavy Machinery will be preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Bihar & Jharkhand market preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
