We are hiring a field-based professional to manage existing client relationships and develop new business across Pune. This combined customer service and sales role requires daily travel, confident communication, and the ability to work comfortably with operational staff, labour teams, managers, purchase teams, and senior decision-makers.

This is primarily a field role and requires the candidate to visit clients throughout Pune every working day.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and complete daily visits to existing and prospective clients across Pune.
- Act as the primary relationship contact for assigned clients.
- Regularly check service quality, customer satisfaction, and current client requirements.
- Receive client concerns, coordinate with the internal operations team, and follow up until each issue is resolved.
- Build professional relationships with labour and site teams, supervisors, managers,



purchase departments, and senior management.
- Present and sell the company’s professional laundry and related services to new B2B clients.
- Identify prospective clients, understand their requirements, coordinate quotations or samples, and follow up consistently to convert opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
- Maintain daily visit reports, client feedback, issue status, follow-up commitments, and sales pipeline updates.
- Communicate clearly between clients and the company’s service and operations teams.
- Represent Clothes Spa professionally during every client interaction.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
