Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Representative to promote hospital services, develop professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and increase patient referrals. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits and representing the hospital professionally in the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to introduce hospital services.
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with referral doctors and healthcare providers.
- Promote hospital services including Ophthalmology, Eye Care, and other available medical services.
- Generate patient referrals and support the hospital in achieving its outreach objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain a daily visit report.
- Inform doctors and patients about available facilities, treatments, camps, and special services.
- Coordinate with the hospital’s marketing and administration teams regarding referrals and outreach activities.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
- Collect market feedback and provide regular updates to hospital management.




- Follow up with referred patients and assist them with hospital coordination when required.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the hospital appropriately at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, medical representative work, or field marketing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare/hospital services.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, confident, and presentable.
