Key Responsibilities

- Recruit Promoters / Field Sales candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Field sourcing through walk-ins, references, job groups, colleges, and market visits.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.





Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Candidate sourcing and networking.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass
