We are looking for a highly reliable person who can travel frequently to properties, project sites, equipment locations and offices, carry out assigned work independently, observe what is actually happening and report back clearly with documents and evidence.

Responsibilities

- Travel to different cities and sites.
- Inspect property, hotel, equipment or other operations against the instructions or checklist provided.
- Speak with staff, vendors, officials and other relevant people, verify facts and record clear notes, photographs and documents.
- Submit, collect and follow up on property and administrative documents with offices and professionals.

Requirements
- Based in Kolkata.
- Willing to travel frequently.




- Valuable computer skills, including documents, spreadsheets, email, PDFs and online portals.
- Strong practical use of AI tools for documentation, research and reporting.

Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with property documents, government-office follow-up or field operations.
- Prior field operations, site inspection, property documentation, administration, audit, executive-support or multi-location coordination experience.

Qualifications
- Graduate preferred, but practical ability, judgment, reliability and computer skills receive greater weight.

Compensation

Salary

₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum
