Role Description The Field Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhavnagar. This position oversees day-to-day field operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring work at customer sites and internal facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution. The role involves supervising field teams, assigning tasks, tracking performance,



and resolving operational issues while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

The supervisor collaborates with sales, logistics, and production teams to align field activities with delivery schedules and customer requirements. The role also includes maintaining documentation, preparing operational reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience leading and developing field teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Field Operations and Field Service within manufacturing, steel, or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle on-site issues, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of safety standards and compliance in industrial and field settings.
