- Site Supervision: Inspect various assigned posts, monitor guard attendance, and ensure proper uniform and grooming standards.

- Operations & Compliance: Enforce company protocols, handle shift deployments, and maintain daily or weekly activity reports.

- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback, address site concerns, and resolve on-ground issues promptly.

- Emergency Response: Handle security incidents, lead crisis management steps, and coordinate with local authorities when needed.

- Ensure guards are in proper uniform, groomed, and adhering to post orders/SOPs

- Verify duty rosters, attendance, and relief arrangements at each site

- Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, or breaches promptly to the Operations Manager





- Coordinate with site supervisors and clients on security requirements and escalations

- Ensure statutory compliance related to security personnel (licensing, PSARA norms, documentation)

- Conduct training and briefing sessions for security staff on protocols and emergency response

- Maintain patrol registers, incident logs, and visitor management records

- Support recruitment and deployment of new security personnel as required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,600.00 per month
