We are looking for a self - motivated and goal - oriented candidate in the Coimbatore location with 1 - 2 years of experience in the field sales, MFI and NBFC’s.

Key responsibilities

- Generate insurance leads through field visits, individual customers, self-help groups, referrals, and local market activities.

- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly to the customers.

- Regularly visit customers to generate a network and convert business.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales.

- Report directly to the assigned reporting Manager and follow daily instructions and targets.





- Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and proper conduct during customer and office interactions.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th / Any Degree / Diploma

- Fresher’s and experienced candidates can apply.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Candidates with field sales, marketing, banking, NBFC, or insurance experience will have an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
