- Identify, approach, and onboard new fleet owners and transport vendors.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

- Verify vendor documentation and ensure compliance with company requirements.

- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with vendors.

- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure vehicle availability.

- Maintain vendor database and records.

- Resolve vendor-related issues and escalations promptly.

- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors.

- Ensure timely submission and renewal of vendor documents.
