Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Managing project implementation at taluka/district level
- Building, managing, nurturing field team members
- Managing mobilization, entrepreneurship awareness activities within rural communities
- Managing onboarding & training of rural entrepreneurs as per project requirement
- Managing market activation activities as per project requirement
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with strong communication skills in Kannada, and basic English
- 0 - 5 years of proven experience in rural management / entrepreneurship / livelihood sector
- Solid understanding of rural markets, community networks, and distribution models.
- Prior exposure to clean energy, FMCG, or livelihood programs preferred.
