Key Responsibilities

- Identify and collect upcoming wedding dates and wedding-related customer information from various sources.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective bridal and wedding jewellery customers.
- Visit and develop relationships with wedding halls, convention centres, auditoriums, caterers, decorators, photographers, event planners, bridal makeup artists, textile shops and other wedding-related businesses.
- Develop contacts with local communities, associations and individuals who can provide genuine wedding leads.
- Generate leads from both urban and rural areas within the assigned territory.
- Regularly follow up on collected wedding leads and coordinate with the showroom Sales/CRM team.
- Maintain accurate records of bride/groom name, wedding date, contact details, location, family details and jewellery requirements, wherever information is voluntarily provided.
- Identify potential high-value wedding prospects and communicate them to the concerned sales team.
- Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation targets.
- Build long-term relationships with local contacts and referral sources to generate recurring leads.




- Submit daily field activity and lead-generation reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Ensure that all collected customer information is handled professionally and confidentially.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age: Preferably 30+ years, with strong local contacts and field experience.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
- Experience in field marketing, sales, banking, insurance, LIC, finance collection, real estate, event management or community-based marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the local area and community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field work and meeting people.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Should have the ability to independently identify recent sources of wedding leads.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
