We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team and help expand the customer base of billmaster across Hyderabad.

This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting business owners, understanding their requirements, demonstrating software products, and converting prospects into customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Field Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The primary responsibility of the Field Marketing Executive will be to promote, demonstrate, and sell billmaster to potential business customers.

The candidate will identify prospective customers through field visits, business networking, referrals, lead generation, and other sales activities.

The role involves visiting shops and businesses, understanding their billing and business-management requirements, explaining the benefits and features of billmaster, conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into customers.

The candidate will also maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers, update sales and follow-up information, and work closely with the internal software and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell billmaster software to businesses across Hyderabad.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet potential customers.
- Generate new leads through direct visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from billing and business-management software.
- Understand customer requirements, business processes, and existing billing challenges.
- Explain the features, benefits, and value of billmaster in a simple and convincing manner.




- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant requirements to the internal team.
- Coordinate with the software and support teams during customer onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated about billmaster features, pricing, updates, and competitive products.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Represent Durgam Soft and billmaster professionally while interacting with customers.

Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, field marketing, business development, software sales, or a related role.
- Relevant experience in software sales, SaaS sales, POS/billing software, accounting software, or business software sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to explain software products and their benefits in simple language.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and business software.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication tools.




- Ability to learn and understand the features of billmaster and demonstrate them to customers.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an advantage.
