Job Summary

We are hiring energetic Field Sales Representatives to travel locally on motorbikes, visit tailor shops and fabric store owners, explain the benefits of joining Clotricks, and register them as official vendors by collecting initial registration deposits and subscription fees.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits: Travel daily within your assigned area by bike to meet tailor shop owners, boutique owners, and fabric retailers.
- Onboarding & Pitching: Give live demos of the Clotricks merchant app and explain how listing their shop will increase their business.
- Payment Collection: Successfully onboard vendors by collecting their initial deposit and platform subscription fees via digital payments/cash.
- App Setup:
Help shop owners fill out registration details and set up their Clotricks partner profile.
- Targets: Achieve daily and weekly shop onboarding targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Own Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or merchant onboarding. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!
- Languages: Fluency in local language (English/ Regional Language).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, pitch, and closing skills; comfortable using smartphone apps.
