Duxbed Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a Kerala-based company specializing in space-saving furniture, Duxpods, modular kitchens, and residential & commercial interior solutions.

We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive – Interior Projects to strengthen our business development activities in Perinthalmanna and surrounding areas.

The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and bring new residential and commercial interior projects to Duxinteriors and support the sales team until project conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new residential and commercial interior project leads.
- Conduct regular field visits across Perinthalmanna and nearby areas.
- Develop relationships with homeowners, property owners, builders, contractors, architects, engineers, real estate developers and business owners.
- Identify upcoming construction, renovation and interior projects.
- Visit residential properties, villas, apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, clinics, commercial buildings and other potential project locations.
- Introduce Duxinteriors and explain our interior design and execution services to potential customers.
- Understand basic customer requirements, budget expectations and project scope.
- Coordinate with the interior design team for site visits, measurements, quotations and design discussions.
- Follow up regularly with leads until they are converted into projects.




- Maintain a proper database of leads, project details, follow-ups and project status.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead-generation and project-conversion targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with referral sources and develop new business opportunities.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, customer requirements and upcoming projects.
- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager regarding field activities, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Required Knowledge & Skills The candidate should have:
- Basic knowledge of interior designing and interior execution.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware, modular kitchen materials, false ceiling, lighting, flooring and other commonly used interior materials.
- Ability to understand basic floor plans and customer requirements will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with customers and explain interior solutions.
- Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and project enquiries.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.





Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Architecture/interior-related sales

Candidates with a background in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Furniture or related fields are encouraged to apply. Performance KPIs The candidate's performance will be measured based on:
