About the Role

Irish Bath Gallery is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to strengthen our market presence, build customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers, dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and other business partners.
- Identify and develop recent sales and marketing opportunities.
- Promote Irish Bath Gallery’s bathroom products, sanitaryware, fittings, and related solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and collect information about competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute field campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and promotional events.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Represent the brand professionally while interacting with customers and business partners.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in the bathroom, sanitaryware, tiles, construction, interior design, or building-material industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
- A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an advantage.
