Department: Sales & Marketing Job Role: Field Sales Executive / Pharmaceutical Sales Executive Job Location: Barasat, West Bengal Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month Travel Expenses Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview BGS Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with practical experience in medicine sales , especially generic medicines . The candidate should have good knowledge of the generic medicine market , including products available in the market and should be comfortable visiting pharmacies, medical stores, healthcare establishments and other potential customers to develop business.

Key Responsibilities Visit pharmacies, medical stores and healthcare customers regularly to promote and sell medicines. Generate new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Promote

Branded generic medicines and explain product details, availability and benefits to customers. Take orders, follow up on pending orders and coordinate with the internal sales/warehouse team for timely supply. Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Maintain proper records of customer visits, orders, follow-ups and market activities. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer network. Ensure professional communication and good customer service during field visits.

Candidate Requirements





Previous experience in pharmaceutical / medicine sales is mandatory. Candidates with experience in generic medicine sales will be preferred. Good knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical products and the local pharmacy market.

Experience dealing with pharmacies, medical stores,other medicine outlets or healthcare institutions will be an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with daily field visits.

Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital communication. Candidates with experience as Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Executive, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or Generic Medicine Sales Executive can apply.
