- Build local hiring partnerships with institutes, NGOs, and placement agencies.

- Maintain recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.

- Payroll & Attendance Coordination

- Verify attendance and roster accuracy.

- Coordinate payroll inputs with HR Operations.

- Resolve salary, leave, and attendance queries.
