About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Field Executive for our Solid Waste Management and Composting Project in Panvel, Uran and nearby areas of Raigad District.

The position will involve extensive field visits to Gram Panchayats, Municipal bodies, Government offices, housing societies, schools, markets and other local institutions to develop project opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders and support implementation of composting and waste-management activities.

The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, identifying new project opportunities and ensuring smooth execution of field activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government & Local Authority Coordination

- Visit Gram Panchayats, Municipal Councils/Corporations and Government offices in Panvel, Uran and nearby areas.
- Coordinate with government officials, sanitation departments and other concerned authorities regarding waste-management and composting projects.
- Identify potential locations and opportunities for implementation of composting/waste-management solutions.
- Support documentation, permissions, proposals, NOCs and other project-related requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with government and local stakeholders.

2. Field Marketing & Business Development

- Visit housing societies, institutions, commercial establishments, schools, markets and other potential clients.
- Explain the company's composting, waste-management and sustainability solutions.
- Generate new leads and project opportunities.
- Conduct presentations,



demonstrations and awareness activities related to waste segregation, composting and sustainable waste management.
- Follow up with prospective clients and stakeholders until project initiation.

3. Project & Field Operations

- Coordinate with internal teams for implementation of composting and waste-management projects.
- Monitor composting planter activities and field-level operations.
- Visit project sites regularly and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate with collection, processing and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure field activities are completed as per project requirements and timelines.

4. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily field visit records and stakeholder databases.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on field activities, leads, project progress and site visits.
- Maintain records of Gram Panchayats, Municipal bodies, Government departments, societies and other stakeholders contacted.
- Share market/project feedback and new opportunities with management.

Required Skills
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding or interest in Solid Waste Management, Composting and Environmental Sustainability.




- Good field marketing and business-development skills.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with Government officials and local authorities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Marathi Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred
- Basic English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email and smartphone-based reporting.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Waste Management, Environmental Services, CSR, NGO, Field Operations, Government Liaison, Community Outreach or related sectors.
- Experience working with Gram Panchayats, Municipal bodies, Government departments or local institutions will be an advantage.
- Experience in field marketing/business development will be preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively across Panvel, Uran and nearby areas of Raigad District.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working extensively in the field and can independently visit local authorities and institutions, identify opportunities, communicate the company's waste-management and composting solutions, generate leads and coordinate project execution.

Candidates with experience in Waste Management, Composting, Environmental Projects, CSR Projects, NGO Field Operations, Government Liaison or Field Marketing are encouraged to apply.
