About My1hour:

My1Hour is building a community-led fitness ecosystem offering personalized Yoga, Strength Training and Nutrition services at customers' doorstep.

We are looking for a Field Marketing & Partnerships Executive to help build My1Hour's presence across Gurgaon through strong local relationships, offline marketing and lead generation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating connections, exploring opportunities and turning them into business.

What you'll do:

Society & Community Outreach

- Identify and approach residential societies, RWAs, club managers and community representatives.
- Build relationships to create opportunities for My1Hour visibility within societies.
- Explore noticeboards, community communications, events, activations and local promotions.

Local Offline Marketing

- Explore newspaper inserts, flyers, standees, pamphlets and other relevant local advertising opportunities.
- Approach local stores, pharmacies, clinics, cafés, salons, wellness centers and other businesses for promotional collaborations.
- Identify cost-effective ways to increase My1Hour's visibility in Gurgaon.

Lead Generation

- Generate qualified leads through societies, partnerships, referrals and offline campaigns.
- Experiment with recent local lead-generation channels.
- Maintain a structured lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Marketing Intellengence

- Identify Gurgaon localities, communities and customer segments with strong potential for My1Hour.




- Recommend new partnerships, campaigns and outreach methods.

Relationship Building

- Build relationships relevant wellness professionals.
- Explore referral and collaboration opportunities.

What we're looking for:

- 6 months–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Field Sales, Partnerships, Relationship Management or a similar role.
- Comfortable approaching new people and initiating conversations.
- Strong persuasion, networking and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with on-ground travel across Gurgaon.
- Comfortable with targets and business development.
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and lead tracking.

Compensation:

- The incentive component will be linked primarily to successful lead conversion, new client acquisition and revenue generated.

Location Requirement:

- Gurgaon-based candidates only.
- This is an on-ground role involving local travel for society visits, meetings, partnerships and activations.
- Remote candidates and relocation applicants will not be considered.
