Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and system issues

- Diagnose Laptop, Desktop, PC, Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, CPU and power issues

- Perform hardware installation, replacement, repair and maintenance

- Troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, peripherals and connectivity issues

- Handle hardware testing, preventive maintenance and technical support

- Maintain service records and coordinate with vendors when required.

Requirements:

- Diploma/BE/BTech in Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related field

- Hands-on experience in IT Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair

- Good knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, Windows, BIOS, drivers and networking

- Experience with multimeter and hardware diagnostic tools
