Mace is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Engineer(Systems) to oversee and manage electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and site supervision activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction projects such as Airport/Railway/Metro.

Location - New Delhi

Project - NDLS( Current Delhi Railway Station Redevelopment).

Role & responsibilities

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV and Building Systems works at project sites.
- Monitor execution of systems works including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), BMS, IBMS, Structured Cabling, Data Networks, and AV Systems.
- Ensure systems installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other engineering disciplines for seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.




- Monitor project progress and report on installation status, risks, and delays.
- Witness pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning activities for systems packages.
- Verify compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Ensure contractors adhere to approved quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection records, snag lists, and punch point trackers.
- Support project management teams in achieving project milestones and delivery schedules.
- Assist in system integration activities between various ELV and MEP systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during testing, commissioning, training, and final handover phases.

Preferred candidate profile Mandatory requirement: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Rail/Metro or Airport project.
