Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Vasai.

The Field

Engineer will install, configure, and commission elevator electronic devices, including displays, communication systems, and control panels, at customer locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hardware and electronic faults, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The role involves visiting customer sites, documenting service activities, preparing basic technical reports,



and coordinating with the internal support and operations teams.

The Field

Engineer will also provide technical guidance to clients, assist in system upgrades, and follow all safety and quality standards during field work.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and basic networking relevant to elevator and telecom equipment.
- Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic devices, panels, displays, and communication systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time and multiple field assignments effectively.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related engineering discipline.
- Comfort working on-site at customer locations, including travel within the region as required.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Prior experience in elevator or telecom service and field engineering is an advantage.
