Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate leads from various channels such as malls, petrol pumps, and other locations within credit card sales.

- Convert generated leads into paying customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.

- Meet daily targets set by the organization while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and share knowledge on best practices for lead generation.

- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in field sales or related roles (credit card sales, mall sales).

- Any graduation degree (preferably B.Tech in Computers) with valuable communication skills.

- Strong understanding of CRM software applications for effective lead management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
