Role Description The Field Engineer role at Beta is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. This role involves providing hands-on technical support and field service for Beta’s software and related systems at customer locations, including installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.

The Field

Engineer diagnoses and resolves technical issues, documents findings, and communicates effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems,



coordinating with project stakeholders, and contributing to the planning and execution of field deployments. The role also requires maintaining accurate service records, adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement of field processes.
