We are looking for a Field Collections Officer to manage delinquent accounts across Housing, Personal Loan, and MSME portfolios. The role involves customer visits, repayment follow-ups, negotiation, and timely recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portfolio and achieve daily/monthly collection targets.
- Conduct field visits to customer homes and businesses.
- Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on payment commitments.
- Collect payments through approved channels and maintain proper receipts/records.
- Update visit and payment details on the collections app in real time.
- Conduct skip-tracing and local enquiries for untraceable customers.
- Identify high-risk accounts, disputes, and potential fraud and escalate promptly.
- Follow RBI guidelines, Fair Practices Code,
and company collection policies.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in field collections with a Bank/NBFC/HFC/Collection Agency.
- Experience in Housing/LAP, Personal Loan, or MSME collections preferred.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and local language; basic English.
- Good knowledge of the local territory and willingness to travel extensively.
- Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence, and smartphone.
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and honest.
Added Advantage: IIBF DRA certification and experience in NPA recovery, SARFAESI, Section 138, or pre-legal processes. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
