? WE ARE HIRING – FIELD COORDINATOR

Location: Kollam District, Kerala

Position: Field Coordinator

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Travel: Actual travel expenses covered as per project requirements

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate
- Passionate about field work/social development/child development
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Ability to work with communities, local self-government institutions and stakeholders
- Previous experience in social work/community development/child development will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and implement project activities at the field level
- Conduct regular field visits and community meetings/stakeholder meetings
- Work with local bodies, schools, community groups and other stakeholders
- Identify and support children and families requiring assistance




- Maintain field records, reports and project documentation
- Coordinate with the project team

About the Project: The Field Coordinator will work as part of a child protection and community development project focused on preventing child marriage, child abuse, trafficking, child labour and other risks faced by children.
