Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Service Engineer. The role involves installing, commissioning, and testing fiber laser cutting machines at customer locations and within the company’s facilities. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting, and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

The engineer will provide field service and technical support,



guide customers on proper machine operation, and document service activities, reports, and feedback. Collaboration with the internal engineering, production, and customer support teams is expected to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on fiber laser cutting machines and related systems.
- Experience in field service and on-site customer support for industrial or CNC machinery.
- Strong technical support capabilities, including handling service calls and providing clear guidance to users.
- Skills in routine and corrective maintenance & repair of mechanical, electrical, and laser components.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Familiarity with CNC systems, industrial automation, and safety standards in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read technical drawings, service manuals, and use diagnostic tools and measurement instruments.
- Willingness to travel for in office service visits as required and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience with laser machines or precision manufacturing
