We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Female Sales Executive with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will involve handling sales coordination, customer communication, business enquiries, and follow-ups for both Domestic and International clients .
This is a completely office-based role with no field visits .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales activities and customer coordination for domestic and international clients.
- Manage existing customers and maintain solid business relationships.
- Follow up regularly on sales enquiries and potential business opportunities.
- Generate sales through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, quotations, orders, and related queries.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Prepare basic sales reports and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Key Requirements
- Female candidate with 2–3 years of relevant Pharma Sales experience .
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant Pharma/Business qualification will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and sales process .
- Comfortable communicating with domestic and international customers.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Candidates from Faridabad or South Delhi are preferred.
- Willingness to work from office; no field visits required .
