About the Role

BRANDLYFT is looking for a creative, responsible, and self-driven Female Content & Digital Marketing Manager to independently manage content creation, scriptwriting, project execution, client servicing, and social media management.

The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and creative production. She will be responsible for managing the complete content workflow, from developing strategies and writing scripts to coordinating with videographers, handling clients, and publishing content on social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content strategies, creative concepts, and monthly content calendars for clients.
- Write engaging scripts for reels, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with videographers and creative teams to execute shoots according to approved scripts.
- Independently manage project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and client approvals.
- Handle clients after confirmation, maintain professional communication,



and ensure timely updates.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts, including content scheduling, captions, publishing, and performance monitoring.
- Possess working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
- Research marketing trends and suggest strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience in scriptwriting, client servicing, and project management preferred.
- Must have own functional laptop or PC for skilled work.
- Portfolio or previous work experience will be an advantage.
