We are looking for a Fee Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Telecalling, fee collection, and student coordination. The role involves regular communication with students and parents, managing payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily student fee collections and maintain proper records.
Make follow-up calls regarding pending or upcoming payments.
Update fee collection data in the system accurately.
Coordinate with students, parents, and internal departments.
Prepare daily and monthly fee collection reports.
Ensure smooth communication between accounts and academic teams.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ year experience in tele calling / fee collection / student coordination preferred.
Collection experience on banking field as an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel).
Good time management and organizational skills.
