ScrapUncle is looking for an Executive – Recruiter (Gig Worker) to manage blue-collar and bulk recruitment. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding, and coordination with Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through local networks, referrals, job portals, and field recruitment.

Conduct recruitment drives and screen candidates for suitable positions.

Handle hiring for Drivers, Helpers, Pickers, Loaders, Warehouse Staff, and other frontline roles.

Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment reports, and hiring pipelines.

Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Follow up with candidates to reduce dropouts and ensure timely joining.

Build and maintain robust local hiring networks.





Be comfortable with extensive field travel for recruitment activities.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

2–4 years of experience in blue-collar, bulk, field, logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain, or staffing recruitment.

Experience in hiring frontline/blue-collar workforce is preferred.

Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment is required.
