Position: FEA Engineer - Product Engineering

Location: Hyderabad

Employment type: Full time

Position Reports to: Lead - Product Engineering

Responsibilities

- Conduct the FEA Static structural analysis, Modal analysis, Harmonic response, Random vibration / PSD analysis, Shock and impact analysis and Fatigue and durability analysis
- Work with industrial designers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Work experience in Battery Pack / BESS Analysis, cold plate and electronics component.
- Strong fundamentals in FEA and structural mechanics, ability to independently build and solve FEA models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability and to interpret simulation results and convert them into design actions.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAE software (Ansys, Altair) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities for testing and FEA simulation and Ansys tool knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Must have 2-3 years experience in CAE/FEA Analysis.
